Do you provide detailed invoices?
Yes, all plans include automated invoices that are emailed immediately after payment. We're fully compliant with global tax regulations through Stripe.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and usage-based items are prorated by Stripe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards globally via Stripe. For eligible regions, we also support UPI and local payment methods. Enterprise customers can opt for invoice billing.
How does usage-based billing work?
You pay a base subscription for platform features and usage is billed based on what you send. Email bills per message sent. Stripe handles all taxes, currency conversion, and invoices automatically.

Do you offer volume discounts?
