An included monthly volume

Each plan ships a fixed email allowance: 15,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Growth, 300,000 on Scale, custom on Enterprise. Every send draws down the same counter.

Per-email overage past it

Pass your allowance and you keep sending. No hard cap drops a password reset. Each extra email settles on your invoice, prorated by Stripe.

Overage rates are finalized at launch. Early-access teams lock in their rate first, so you know your number before the meter starts.

Common questions

What can I send during early access?
Email, in production. One typed send call gives you authenticated domains, versioned templates, inbound threading, and signed webhooks for delivery, bounces, and complaints.
How does pricing work?
You buy a monthly email volume. Every plan includes the full email surface, so plans differ by volume, not capability. Send past your allowance and each extra email is billed as overage, prorated by Stripe. Rates are set at launch; early-access teams lock theirs in first.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever your volume changes. It takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. You're moving a volume dial, so your integration stays the same.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. Stripe emails an itemized invoice after each payment, with tax and currency handled for your region. Overage shows as a line item, so you can see exactly what you sent past your plan.
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards through Stripe, plus local methods in supported regions. Enterprise can pay by invoice.
Can I send from my own domain?
Yes, that's the default. We walk you through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on your own domain, then bounces and complaints feed suppression automatically so your reputation holds as volume grows.
How do I get access?
Samva is in early access. Access is gated, not self-serve. Request access at /contact and we'll get you set up.
When is Samva not the right tool?
